Shipping services are provided by FedEx. Orders placed before 1pm pacific time are usually processed and shipped out same day. Orders received after 1pm pacific time are usually shipped next-day. $5 flat rate shipping only applies exclusively to same or next day delivery to local San Diego residents, for select products that are explicitly marked as eligible for this special shipping promotion. 3. Returns & Replacements

Standard Return Policy
At Innovation Technologies, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you can return it to Innovation Technologies within 15 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Innovation Technologies reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.

How to return or exchange an item:
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
To request an RMA number call Customer Service at 1-888-789-5845
Place the original package into a shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Rules
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Defective items may be exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model after receipt of the purchased item.
Damaged items will be replaced with the same model only, after the damaged product is received.
RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
Innovation Technologies is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.
We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
COD returns will not be accepted.Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused.

Canceling an Order Before Checking Out
You can cancel the order process at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart button and deleting each item from your shopping cart.

Returns from Installations:
All products and equipment provided during installations are final sales with no returns or exchanges, with the exception of those covered under warranty against factory defects or if otherwise indicated. In such cases where returns are accepted, returned equipment must be in brand new, unused condition without any signs whatsoever of installation or use. Returned equipment must be in its original box, with all packing materials, etc, as indicated above. Before installing equipment that requires drilling or modifications of/at your location, please take thorough consideration of the desired characteristics of your install when all is complete. We confirm location and other details with you prior to installing aesthetically relevant components like TV’s or security cameras. Once the location is confirmed and the equipment is mounted in the location you indicated to your tech, that install is considered final.
Removing and re-installing TV’s requires a minimum $118/hr service charge. Hours are billed by whole hours and are not prorated by portions of hours. However, if the equipment was placed in a location other than that which you requested, most adjustments or re-installations are free.
4. Ordering
Ordering a service call or installation can only be done by phone or emailing us through the “contact us” link. Ordering merchandise online is done by adding products to your shopping cart, using the checkout link, entering your billing information and submitting your order. Please note that many of our products are not sold or available online and are only available locally. This is intentional and in compliance with the manufactures we represent. We reserve the right to refuse to provide any product or service to any person for any reason, especially if fraud or any other suspicious activity may be suspected.
5. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Online payments are done securely using a standard payment processor. All pricing subject to change without notice, and some items may be out of stock at time of purchase. Although Innovation Technologies makes every effort to maintain inventory for our online customers, in the event an item purchased is out of stock you may be credited for your purchase. Refunds may generally take up to 21 days, depending on your financial institution. All promotions are stand alone and “as is” and generally may not be combined with any other promotion or offer unless explicitly specified. Unauthorized use of the promo code and coupon system and attempts to circumvent the promo code system may result in transactions not being honored as well as possible criminal prosecution.

Acceptable forms of payment
Payments accepted for installations include cash, check or credit card form. Most major credit cards are accepted online. Payments for installation are typically due immediately upon completion. If invoice totals over $1000, we require 50% up front, 50% upon completion. Special payment terms may be negotiated and are examined on a per case basis. Our credit card processor is a 3rd party processor that charges a small fee for credit card transactions. That small fee will be reflected on any invoice that is addresses using a credit or debit card as a payment method. This does not apply to orders placed online.

Baseline pricing
Service calls are billed at standard hourly rates. $199 for the initial hour(first hour), and then reduced to $118/hour for the duration of the visit. Existing customers may be eligible for a promo rate at $99/hour after their initial hour. Hourly rates listed do not include materials.
Most installation charges are billed on a flat rate basis based on the class and category of service being performed.

Dishonored checks
When paying by check, a $69 assessment will be incurred for each check returned or refused as “non-payable”. This includes insufficient funds, illegible print, stop payments, or any other event in which the check submitted for payment for goods or services may not be honored in part or wholly by your financial institution. Checks are to be made out to Innovation Technologies.

Tips
Some clients are so satisfied that they wish to include a tip in their payment. These contributions may be documented but are non-refundable. Please exercise the highest level of discretion when contributing a tip to your servicing tech.
6. Viewing Orders
For orders placed online, orders may be viewed at anytime by signing into your account via the “your account” tab. You may check the status of your order there. For orders placed off of the website, you may request a copy of your most recent invoice or receipt by sending an email to sales@myinnovationtech.com and discussing your requests with one of our team members.
7. Updating Account Information
Account information may be edited by logging into your account using the “your account” tab. Changes to personal information may not affect existing transactions or orders that have already been shipped.
