I hired them over the phone to come and do a home theater istallation. We did our research quite thoroughly and based on previous workmen stopping by, we elected to go with Moon and his team because they offered the simplest way of getting everything taken care of. From start to finish they were professing and personable to work with. A pleasant lady called the afternoon beforehand to make sure we were all ready and she gave us a basic rundown of what to epect and when they would arrive. Day of they arrived a few minutes earlier than expected which was fine. A tech named Aaron went over all the paperwork and pretty much everything that was already covered over the phone. It was refreshing to work with a company where everyone is on the same page.
As for the installation the work came out exactly as promised. We did have to do some light patchwork at the end but again Moon had already explained the situation before starting the job. He recommended a drywall Profesional who we have not called yet. Overall the system sounds amazing and I would say the pricing is extremely fair for the work you get. We took a gamble and turned down slightly cheaper estimates but are pleased we did because the quality shows in the finished product. I did notice that the work took a few hours longer than expected but we couldn’t be more happier with what we got!

I called around to get quotes to mount my new flat screen onto my wall above my fireplace and found Moon’s knowledge and quote to be the best match for me. Ryan and Moon came to install the TV and they were professional and friendly. They fished all the wires into my walls as I requested overcoming some tricky wall issues. Despite obstacles they encountered, their price quote did not change which I greatly respected because I believe every customer’s biggest fear is that the quote won’t be the final price. Well with Moon and Ryan the price remained the same, so I highly recommend this company to my friends and family. They got their work done making the end result look amazing even zip tying all of the wires away behind the TV so they weren’t hanging down. Everybody who sees the TV above the fireplace loves it, especially me!
Bought a new house and was really stressed out about taking the plunge to wall mount my tv over my fireplace. Finally decided on Innovation Technologies after seeing awesome reviews on Google and through a recommendation of my good friend.
I was fortunate to catch them with a last minute opening and the tech came in and quickly got to work on measuring and getting the bracket up for me. I also have requested to find a way to hidetthe cord from my sound bar to go behind the wall. My set up looks clean and the tech told me to contact them back if I want to add more things to it so they can customize a few things behind the wall. I was shown how to adjust the TV as I opted for a bracket that can swivel out 90 degrees.
Pricing is extremely fair and look online for specials and coupons. Give em a call and tell them what you want done and they will make it happen. Just be sure you know what type of bracket you want (flush or swivel like mine) as pricing obviously varies with that.
